Depending on the "type" of core structure ie.. Mining vs Logging Camp, keeping a stock of these provisions in your warehouse is strongly suggested.
While Provisioner's can make these unique Upkeep packages, the developers have also seeded the Regional and Capital City Auction Houses with them at a very inflated cost, as they are considered to be new Manufactured Goods within the Economy system.
