Father Carreno, in Puerto del Principe, would like you to meet Mr. Scott Hazel, the leader of the Coban Shipping Company's "regulators". He claimed Mr. Hazel is either aboard the ship of a Captain Ix Decroix, or Captain Ix will know his whereabouts. Board her to find out.

Mission Notes

You are looking for Scott Hazel. While underway, Ix have some interesting background about the Regulators. At some point the Captain will tell you that a royal navy boarding party has arrived.

The boarding party is a detachment of royal navy soldiers level 50 and a British Naval Captain, not hostile at the beginning. You need to speak to the Captain, who will demand you surrender. Of course, you'll not. What follows is a fight against the Captain and his 3 soldiers and 3 more boarders, one of them a Lieutenant.

After the fight, talk to Hoffer and Acan for more information. Acan advises that you board the royal navy ship to find out who's behind all this. So you'll need to click the Longboat to get to the enemy ship.

On the Navy Ship, you first have to kill the crew. There's eight of them, all level 50, with Lieutenants among them. After you killed them all, you can enter the ship's hold.

This is where you will encounter the ship's captain and his "advisor", a giant scorpion. Talk to the captain while prepared for combat.

If you are done with those two, leave the hold which will conveniently bring you back to Ix's Ship and talk to Acan to finish the mission. Return to the church to get the follow-up mission.
