Something is bothering William Kidd about those anarchist ships you sunk: there is no record of them being supplied and outfitted anywhere in the area, which means that someone must have done it secretly. You are tasked to find out who that someone is.
Mission Notes
You will start off by talking to a few NPCs: first you'll have to see one of Kidd's contacts who will provide you with a cover identity, then you'll meet a suspect in a separate mission instance to place an order for outfitting your ship. With the information you got from him, you have to return to William Kidd.
The main part of the mission then proceeds from there: you have to meet the supplier and board his ship. He will be escorted by two ships (both around level 34). You will have two NPC allies with you.
CAUTION: the level of the supplier is about 38. This only matters for the boarding action though, because he sails a 'Halifax' Schooner, and one with a (Fallback) rating at that. This means that he is extremely fragile, and even though your allies use dismantling shot on him (2-3 broadsides are enough to leave him dead in the water), they will still sink him within minutes, so you should go after him immediately and board him as quickly as possible.
