Tangela Demont wants you to beat the Sea Dog strikebreakers back into the sea.
Mission Notes
The enemies start non-hostile, you have to talk to the Lieutenant first. You're escorted by one level 50 NPC.
Approach the Lieutenant from the water, this way his henchmen will stay where they are and you can finish him easily. After that, finish off the henchmen.
