Now that the two dukes seem to be more or less reconciled, the priest wants you to go after the woman that is responsible for their rivalry in the first place.
Mission Notes
This is a relatively straightforward swashbuckling duel against a level 32 Boss-rank NPC. You'll have to talk to her first, after which she turns hostile. Fight her until she surrenders, then talk to her again to finish the mission.
