There is a Merchant Captain anchored just off-shore who is trying to get out of paying port taxes by setting up a floating bazaar and selling his wares directly from his ship. By order of the port authorities, his cargo is to be confiscated.
Mission Notes
This is marked as a group mission, but it is quite doable solo.
A swashbuckling mission on board of a ship. Your opponents will all be level 16. You will be supported by two of your crew members. You will have to fight your way to the aft deck, where the Lieutenant is waiting. After killing him, the Captain (a level 16 Boss) spawns in the same spot, and brings two additional enemies with him.
