This is an Epic Mission in Besieged Tortuga, notable for the Sword of David that can be obtained in its first AvCom phase.
This mission is unlocked after you complete each of the other three repeatable missions at least once. However, players can still enter the instance and acquire the Sword of David, if at least one member of the group has done the three missions and sets The Dread Saint as group mission.

Walkthrough
The mission is divided in two phases, the first one is AvCom, the second is ShipCom.
Phase 1
Fight your way to the temple. There are two gunman posts along the path, which you'll have to attack from the rear.
Clear out the Cellar if you have accepted the daily quest that requires it (Cask of Salvation). Kill the guards that protect the temple and confront Giles Low.
You will fight Giles "The Deacon" Low twice. During the first encounter he will occasionally run into nearby buildings and heal by using the shrines that are hidden inside (a group member will then have to click on the shrine to prevent this). When his health drops to a certain level, he will try to escape to the West coast. After you follow and defeat him again, he will have a chance to drop the Sword of David.
Phase 2
Black Bart has escaped to his ship, you'll have to follow him and kill him in ship combat.
