Bounties possibly bugged?

While doing the British version, it appeared that no bounty credit was given for sinking Drakesmen towards the Magistrate's Run Out the Guns! mission. Either Bounty Missions were nerfed or possibly due to this story is based upon Starter Tutorial chain or ROtG might just be /bugged.
