When you bring him the small bit of tapestry you picked up at the site of the shipwreck, your client falls strangely silent. The only thing you can get out of him is that you should go and talk to the magistrate about it.
Mission Notes
This is a sea mission which uses an unusual way of getting its story across: first you will have to go and get the tale from the magistrate; the main part of the mission is then a flashback in which you relive the climactic battle as told by the magistrate.
What it comes down to is a ship battle against a single level 28 opponent. This opponent cannot be boarded, so you will have to sink him. You will be supported by the ship of the man who gave you the mission (remember, this is a flashback - you basically act out the magistrate's part in what happened years ago).
