Surgeon is a Medical skill that allows you to heal yourself and your allies while not in combat (along with its more advanced version, Expert Surgeon).
Notes
This skill is one of the rewards in the Corpi Hippocraticum mission chain, in Port Royal. The NPC that starts it is Delilah Purcell in the tavern.
Effects
Restores 50 health to you and all nearby allies (in a 12 yard radius) over 8 seconds. Moving or taking damage will interrupt this effect.
This effect will be overwritten by First Aid skills.
