The Star Chamber
The term Star Chamber is connected to what is informally called the "Supernatural Mission Line" in PotBS and refers to the following:
- The special instance in Havana that is unlocked during the mission Matters of Great Importance, and
- The secret society that resides in this special instance. These are four individuals of four different nations and four different (and usually opposing) factions, who have decided to put their differences aside and work together to achieve their goals, whatever they may be exactly. In any case, they are connected to the map fragment you find during the mission An Ill Wind... (in Port Royal). These four individuals will be your main mission contacts throughout the Supernatural Mission Chain, should you choose to follow it.
Your possession of the map key fragment for the Map of Columbus from An Ill Wind... is what first brings you to the Star Chamber. Each member of the chamber has a pet theory as to the significance of this map.

- John MacReedy of the British Royal Society (Ruins of Atlantis)
- Alfonse DeGenaro of the Knights Templar (House of Solomon)
- Antoinette la Chapelle of the Académie Nationale (Fountain of Youth)
- Victor Quadrado of The Inquisition (Biblical Eden)
It's possible that reputation of at least Trusted with the four factions is necessary to unlock the related member's mission chains.
