Your contact has recently tried to decipher the correspondence of a certain Dutch Captain. To do this, he needs the cipher key. One of his agents has obtained it, and you are supposed to get it for him.

Mission Notes
After talking to the local bartender, you can enter the main part of the mission. There will be three Dutch merchant ships and five escorts (all of them non-hostile at the start). The escorts are all between level 13 and 17.
You have to find the correct merchant ship by clicking on them. As soon as you click on the first one (correct or not), the escorts will all turn hostile and come after you. You don't have to destroy any of them. If you've found your target already, you can just make straight for the exit, otherwise you'll have to look at the other merchants first (for that reason, planning your route ahead of time is probably wise).
