You have been asked by the Privateer Trainer to go and see a Captain in a nearby port who has need of your skills.

Captain, pleased to meet you. You've been making a name for yourself amongst your fellow privateers, so well done on that score. I am Captain Corpus and I represent privateer interests in these waters. We've got a problem brewing that I would appreciate your help with. A rather meddlesome noble from the Old World has recently arrived and he's keen to make a local peace so merchants and freetraders can thrive. Peace, of course, would not be in our interests, so we must show him the error of his ways. I want you to take care of Blanchard before he causes any more trouble. He spends much of his time in the tavern, so it shouldn't be hard to pick a fight with him.
