Your Love Interest will wait until everyone is asleep and then meet you in the church.
Mission Notes
Go to the church, where you'll enter a separate mission instance. There you'll find your Love Interest. Talk to him/her to find out more about that map and also get some background information about their family.
Eventually you'll be done with the formalities and will get to the romance part. When indicated, kiss your Love Interest (target them and use the /kiss emote). At this point, the meeting is interrupted - soldiers have come to arrest your one true love! You will have to fight the commander of the soldiers (a level 20 Lieutenant-rank NPC), but won't be able to prevent the arrest. Talk to the priest that's also present, then exit the church.
Next is a visit to the magistrate or town boss. Talk to him to get access to the prison to talk to your Love Interest (the prison entrance should be inside the Magistrate's Office). Enter the prison, find your Love Interest, and talk to him/her (as there are bars between you, you'll have to do so by pressing X - clicking on them won't work).
Finally, return to Uncle Ibrahim to tell him about the matter and to claim your reward for this mission.
