Foreign traders are involved in a dispute over some land with the local trading company. Your client is less than thrilled about this - you are to lead an attack on one of their expeditions and prevent it from reaching the shore.
A sea battle against two level 4-8 opponents with two level 4-8 allies to assist you. Your main target will be a level 14 'Limburg' Flute and will not attack.
The biggest problem in this mission is the fact that your main target immediately makes straight for the exit point in true blockade-running fashion, not stopping for anything. Since this exit point isn't very far away, it is strongly advised that you immediately go after this target (you will be between him and the exit point at the beginning of the mission) and try to slow him down with the best anti-sail shot you've got (Star Shot, for example). Physically blocking him off is also an option that should buy you some time.
