The bartender tells you a rumor that someone in town is offering a secret bounty on the ships of a specific enemy nation. You better ask around to see if you can find that person.
Mission Notes
This one requires you to run around town and talk to various NPCs before you'll finally find the one that actually admits to offering the bounty. After this, you're set to go: you'll need to kill eight of the indicated nation's ships (see below).
As bounty missions go, this one probably isn't worth pursuing specifically, as it lies near the end of a longish chain of regular missions - and by the time you get it, you'll probably have done most if not all the other missions in town that would have provided you with the correct set of enemies. But on the other hand, the xp reward is quite good considering the requirements, which are easily fulfilled on the Open Sea (if you're a Freetrader and need to be careful about your reputation, you might want to wait for some more missions with enemies that fit the bill though).
