Captain, you know I'm not a part of the East India Company, at least not in any official capacity. That said, I'm in the rather dodgy position of giving you your marching orders for the next leg of this little adventure -- seems McCreedy left word to do just that before he took off for Irish Point.
You've got to get your convoy off to Port Royal, of course. But first you need to get this information to McCreedy. You'll have to lead your convoy past a dangerous coastline to get them there, but on the other hand, I reckon McCreedy and the company owe you quite a few doubloons by this point.
Sure, you could leave the convoy here. In a town run by pirates. If you did that I doubt anyone in the company would ever speak to you again, let alone pay you ... but I suppose it is an option.
