You return to Cozumel, the person your looking for is in the temple to the far right. After finding him you are confronted by a group of Mayans, and you end up fighting your way back to the beach. Sail back to Havana to turn in the quest to Marcoo.
Unfortunately, Marcoo himself has left, and his "maid" Janneke Insfeldt says he is somewhere in the Lesser Antilles and you have to find him. Luckily, you can turn in your mission to the "maid."
Sail to Bridgetown and the bartender will put you on the path the Marcoo with eh next mission Burden of Truth.
