Donovan is basically the Master of the Festival.
You can win needed Carnival Beads by playing any of the mini-games located about the Bayou.

Bring him back:

- x3 Wood Carnival Beads
- x3 Shell Carnival Beads
- x10 plain Carnival Beads
While the leftover beads are not tradeable, you may use them, I suppose to toss at other friend's whom are not having as much fun, by missing the whole party thing.
