This item became obsolete with Patch 1.12.45.1, recipes use just Ore, Copper in place of ingots.
The base production addition of needing "Crushed Ore" was introduced with the 2.15 Economic Expansion which now has brought back Copper Ingots into the Metal Refining processes.
