Since Uncle Ibrahim is currently not free to go where he wants, he needs someone to be his eyes and ears on the outside. Present yourself to the Admiral and inform them that you will be acting in his employ.

Mission Notes

This is the equivalent of the previous mission Gesture of Peace, only in the opposite direction. You are sent from Ibrahim to the Admiral to present a proposal. As before, certain formalities have to be observed: the Admiral will expect you to salute before officially listening to you (target her and type /salute or /bow) emote. Afterwards, return to Ibrahim to finish the mission.

You've informed the Admiral that you will be acting as Ibrahim's agent. Now return to her so that you may begin your new mission.

Additional Notes

There is a level gap between this mission and the follow-up Envoy of Ibrahim, which won't be available until you are level 35.
If this mission is unavailable from Uncle Ibrahim, go to your "love interest" npc from a previous mission, also in the same consulate, and complete the "In Like Flynn" quest. Once completed this should open up Uncle Ibrahims dialogue for Hopeful Alliance
