Go to Montferriz wife, Bernadine Beaufleury. She hadn't had much luck, but heard about a Iron Maidens Captain in Guanica that may be willing to help, Laura Oluffsen. Sail to Guanica to continue the mission.
In Guanica, you'll get a Rescue mission. Laura Oluffsen is far away in a 'Halifax' Schooner, three allies level 48-50 are busy in front of you with three enemies 48-50 and two more enemies are running for Oluffsen. After the timer is gone, two more enemies 48-50 will appear. Enemy Ships are Sharktooth Raiders, allies are Iron Maiden Raiders.
This mission can easily fail if you try it solo. Consider to bring a friend or more.
After killing the enemy fleet, you'll find yourself in the cabin of Laura Oluffsen. Because of your rescue, she will join in on the defense of Ruddy Cove.
