While interrogating the captured supplier, it turned out that he had already delivered enough gunpowder to the anarchists to blow up Tortuga. There is now no time to lose - there are powder kegs planted all over the city, and you'll need to help find them and prevent them from being set off. The leader of the anarchists should be somewhere out there as well.
Mission Notes
This is a swashbuckling mission that takes you to a few locations around Tortuga. All opponents in this mission will be level 40.
Your first stop will be the Empty Gibbet tavern, where you'll have to defeat a few waves of NPCs (three waves of three NPCs each). After this, you will have to enter a door at the docks near Kidd's office where you'll find a similar setup, only this time on a warehouse map: multiple waves of enemies coming at you. At the end of these, the leader will spawn (a level 40 Boss). Defeat him to finish the mission.
Return to talk to Kidd, who in turn will send you to the Town Boss to claim your reward (and the follow-up mission)
