This is one of the three Fairfax Pirates loot drops and is by far the most valuable. It requires a spawn of Geoff Leibniz and a high amount of luck as he drops the item very rarely. Some players have received this drop after only a day of Fairfax hunting while others have reportedly attacked over 600 Fairfax Pirates without any luck.
