The Pirates of the Burning Sea has a smart system of watching, which can only be accessed using the method below
How to unlock /freecamera[]
1) Create a file "pirates_local.ini" Or locate it, if it already exists in game directory where you setup the game. Open this file Notepad for editing.
2)Then write the lines:
[Ui]
useHardwareCursor=true
....
dragItemThreshold = 20
buttonUpdateInterval = 0.1
sdc=true
3) Save file and open a game using the launcher
To use, simply type /freecamera in the chat box, to deactivate it type /defaultcamera
The below is not necessary, but made easier for use if you will use it often. It will add an icon to your taskbar to activate and another to deactivate.
4) For using freecamera type: /addtotoolbar 2 /freecamera (open a freecamera mode) and /addtotoolbar 2 /defaultcamera (close a freecamera mode)
For control camera use mouse wheel, mouse rotate, arrow keys to zoom in and out, and navigate the map.
Important Note!! You will not be able to see ships beyond your normal viewing range regardless!
