Information based on version 1.21.69.0 Current game version is 2.15.46.0

Two convicted traitors have managed to escape custody. They've stolen a ship and the latest battle plan and are even now sailing to meet the enemy. You have to stop them at all costs.

Mission Objectives

  • Sail to the Patrol Point
    • Defeat the Convicts in Boarding Combat
    • Do Not Sink the Convicts' Ship
    • (optional) Do Not Allow the Convicts to Rendenzvous with the Enemy
      • Find and Board the Ship with the Plans
      • Do Not Sink the Ship with the Plans

Mission Notes

There will be a level 20 'Locust' Sleek Corvette ahead of you as you start the mission, and you'll be told to go to the patrol point. Given the optional objective that will soon appear, you might as well go after the ship immediately (it's in the same direction as the patrol point).

When the real mission objectives appear, the ship you're following turns hostile and starts to run for a group of three more (as yet still non-hostile) level 20 'Locust' Sleek Corvettes in the distance. You can at this moment still shorten the mission considerably if you catch it before it gets there. The distances involved aren't that great, and the whole chase takes place against the wind, so a good tackler is certainly a bonus.

If the ship makes it to its allies, it will hand over the secret plans. They'll all turn hostile, and you will now have to figure out which ship has them. Since you must not sink the correct ship, you'll have to start boarding them. However, you will only have to do that twice at most - because as soon as you boarded the first of them (even if it's the original ship), if it wasn't the correct ship, it will be marked for you. Defeat the correct ship in boarding combat to finish the mission.
