The magistrate has found out what the Diggers are after: they are waiting for a ship to come to the new world that carries an artifact they believe has special powers. He wants you to take the wind out of their sails by raiding their camp and getting back all they've stolen so far.
Mission Notes
Even though this one starts on your ship, it is purely a swashbuckling mission. All you have to do is set sail and go straight forward for a bit, then the first mission objective will be fulfilled and you'll find yourself inside the cave.
Once in, you up against level 29 opponents. The plunder you are looking for is in the furthest corridor of the cave, guarded by a Lieutenant-rank NPC.
