Pennants
A pennant is gained by Freetraders and Privateers using the 'Claim Prize Ship' skill you gain at level 5 on a derelict ship.
Freetraders can turn them in at the Tradehouse in their nations capital.
Privateers can trade them in at their respective Privateer Establishment:
- The St. George (Port Royal, Great Britain)
- House of Marque (San Juan, Spain)
- Fortune Club (Pointe-à-Pitre, France)
Freetraders and Privateers speak to the Exchequer for quests to collect them.
Take the quest, then hand in the items to get the following rewards:
Commendations
A commendation is gained by Navy officers using the 'Claim Prize Ship', or by privateers using the 'Grease the Wheels' skill on a derelict ship.
Navy players can hand them in at the Naval Headquarters in your nations capitol.
Privateers can trade them in at their respective Privateer Establishment:
- The St. George (Port Royal, Great Britain)
- House of Marque (San Juan, Spain)
- Fortune Club (Pointe-à-Pitre, France)
Speak to the Lieutenant there in order to receive the quests for the following rewards:
Pennons
Pirates using the 'Scavenge' skill, from the level 10 career quest will occasionally get a pennon. These can be turned in to the Brethren Quartermaster in Tortuga for your choice of one of various rewards.
