I am not sure what the merchants were carrying, but my contacts tell me that it was of great value to someone. I'll accompany you to the coordinates where the merchants were reported to be attacked. We can leave whenever you are ready.
Slow to pickup a floating crate in the water. Nearby ships will be alerted and 'wake-up'. If you wait to fire upon a group, you may board the lead ship amongst them.
