Sub-Categories meaningless now?[]
This may come a bit late, but better late than never: with the changes to swashbuckling in version 1.1 (see here), the distinction between swords as far as fighting styles are concerned doesn't really seem to exist anymore. Although it says in the patch note that you can't use your special moves with the wrong weapon, but I haven't tested that yet... Anyway, should we keep the three sub-categories, and the fields (and associated code) in the sword template that asks for fighting school?--Ailar 20:44, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
On second thought, maybe keep the fighting school field in the template (especially if the above-mentioned handicap for using the wrong weapon checks out), but lose the requirement field?--Ailar 20:49, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
- Yup. Incorrect swords disable certain moves. Also I heard there might be some more changes coming. I suggest we don't change anything until we are sure it is permanent. The information as is isn't necessarily incorrect. --Lord Alderaan 23:49, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
