What is believed to be an Algerian spy ship has been sighted on the way to the Caribbean and she must be stopped. Specifically, you are to prevent them from surveying and claiming potential land holdings.

Mission Notes

At first you are just supposed to sail to a patrol point. Directly in your line of travel will be a (as yet non-hostile) level 12 ship. As soon as you get close enough, you get a new set of objectives: first talk to the mysterious ship, at which point it will turn hostile. Then you have to prevent it from escaping by defeating it.

Careful maneuvering (your opponent will be moving as well) should make it possible to bring you directly astern of your target before talking to him. This ensures that your first broadside hits him in the weakest spot for maximum damage.
