The Pirate Hunter in either port will send you off to hunt down Bloody Arms ships. Be they in a Mission or found on the Open Seas.
Mission Notes
Both offer similar bounty missions against the Bloody Arms which may be used to raise your standing with the Brethren of the Coast and the Men of War and/or the French Navy and Salon d'Adventure French Privateers.
Unlike the higher level Pirate Gangs, Bloody Arms on the Open Sea are considered neutral and show as Yellow rather than Red enemies.
A recommendation is to do both bounties simultaneously.

Huntleader Captain may drop an additional mission item Trophy: -- click for a turn-in Bonus to the Pirate Hunter. {unConfirmed if they do drop anything anymore; however, check with Sean Selitrennikoff at Black Point for any other loot turn-ins from them}.
