Your contact is worried that the enemy holding the fort has been alerted to her plans. So she wants you to help with the final attack by again escorting the saboteur, and then destroying the weakened fort.

Mission Notes
This is a multi-part mission.
It starts as a sea battle with four enemy ships (all between level 12 and 17) and the enemy fort in the area. On the shore just outside the Fort's gun range will be the dropoff point you'll have to reach. Getting there and clicking on it starts the next phase of the mission.
However, it is strongly recommended that you first remove all the enemy ships before you enter the dropoff area. While you are in the second part of the mission, your ship will stay outside and will keep being under attack if there's anything left to attack it. So unless you want to come back to an almost destroyed ship, you'll have to secure the area first.
Since you must fight 1 on 4, it can help immensely if you're in a speedy ship that can get away from the enemy ships. Running away can separate the ships enough that you only fight one or two at a time. It can also allow you to fully repair your damage after taking out one enemy ship, before going back for the others. It does help that your enemies will abandon ship long before sinking.
This part is a swashbuckling fight that's very similar to the previous mission (It Starts with One Spark), just on an outdoor map this time. You'll again have to escort the saboteur to a specified point on the map, with your enemies all being level 15 (and the saboteur showing a tendency to dive right into the next group of them even if they haven't seen you yet, so watch out for that). After this is done, you can click on the Longboat on the beach right next to the dropoff point to return to your ship.
All you have to do now is destroy the already heavily damaged fort. If you've sunk all the guard ships in the first phase, this should be easy.
