There is a new and ruthless pirate captain preying on local ships. He hasn't actually been seen yet, but one of the prisoners in the local jail claims he knows how to find him. You should investigate.
Mission Notes
First go to the local jail and talk to the inmate that's marked on your local map (as he is behind bars, you can't click on him, but will have to use the X key instead). Then go and talk to the jailor to get a stay of execution for the prisoner.
After this it's time to go after the pirate: this is a sea battle against a single level 30 opponent.
