Charles is looking to write his historical masterwork "A General History of the Robberies and Murders of the Most Notorious Pirates". One pirate he is particularly interested in is one Captain England. This Captain England does have an enemy by the name of Taylor. Johnson wants you to bring him Taylor, so that he can talk to him about England.
