From interviewing Mr. Hole, Charles Johnson has an idea where Evans might be hiding out: in Port Royal of all places. He expects him to get caught there pretty quickly, so it's a race against time to get to him. If you can't snatch him before he goes to the gallows, at least make sure he's dead so Johnson can take some artistic license with his story if he doesn't get any facts.
Mission Notes
This is a simple swashbuckling duel against a level 50 Lieutenant-rank NPC in an instanced version of the Port Royal tavern. Talk to him first to find out what happened to Evans, then defeat him.
