Mission Notes
The town crier tells you about a local officer who needs a Captain to take care of some unpleasant business.
This mission merely serves to send you to Michel Ango once his first mission (Meet the Press) becomes available. Note that it can still be taken (and finished) even after you have done all of Ango's missions, if the tiny reward is worth the few extra steps into town to you.
