Basically a Pirates Iron Chef Cook-off.
Decide what courses you plan to make, as well that you have gathered enough of the various ingredients to complete all the dishes you chose.
Worse-case, just fumble through it until you have a reasonable clue of what is expected then abort and restart again.
You are given an ample 60 Minutes to finish your dishes.
