Mission Notes
Your client needs you to deliver another letter for him, this one holding a contract that should leave him in control of the majority of imported goods.
This is a multi-part mission. In the first part, you will see three ships (at this point still non-hostile), one level 19 flagship and two level 17 escorts. You have to talk to the flagship (at this point the escorts turn hostile), and then click on it to board it. You can sink the escort ships before you do so, but it isn't necessary.
On board the ship, you'll have to defeat the Captain (and possibly a few crewmen on your way to him). After doing this and exiting the mission, you'll be back in town. All that is left now is to seek out your double-crossing employer at his home and defeat him as well (he will be a level 19 Lieutenant).
