The Town Boss tells you about the presence of anarchists in Tortuga who want to overthrow the current town leaders. And he suspects one of the local bartenders to be one of them, so he wants you to find out more about them.
Mission Notes
Booby Cay
First you will have to talk to the bartender of the outdoor tavern in Tortuga (the one near the stage in Old Town). He will tell you about an important shipment he's expecting. Holding up that ship might just be what's needed to get him to talk...
The main part of the mission is a sea battle against three opponents, one of which you'll have to board. That ship will be around level 38, the two escorts will be slightly lower level (between 32 and 34). Once you have done that, return to the bartender, and then back to the Town Boss for your reward and the next mission.
You may wish to equip Crew Resistance and/or Sail Damage Resistance General Outfittings.
