The local Vice Admiral's flag lieutenant has asked you for your help. His superior, while a man of few vices, does enjoy a fine cigar every now and then, so the flag lieutenant asks you if you could sail to Havana to get some - any way you can.
Mission Notes
First sail to Havana and talk to the bartender there. He'll tell you about a warehouse that holds a shipment of cigars (not for sale, unfortunately - so you'll have to break in).
The main part of the mission is a swashbuckling fight on a warehouse map against level 25 opponents. There'll be a number of crates around, and you'll have to find the correct one.
