Strategy and Use
The Heavy Hercules is a very well rounded, both versatile and dependable workhorse save for one major drawback: its low top speed. It risks falling behind fast and dragging back groups unless it is being sailed by experienced Cutthroats, Privateers or Naval Officers specialized deep into the Escort sailing skill line.
The 'Hercules' Heavy Frigate costs around 364,910 Doubloons if everything is made by the player at 5% tax. It requires one Lineship Structure Bundle.
This ship must be certified before you can sail it. Certifying it can be done with 25 Royal Commendation as a National player and 25 Captured Battle Ensign as a Pirate.
